School Psychologist

The School Psychologist is a uniquely qualified member of the school team whose prime concern is assisting to enhance the emotional wellbeing and learning outcomes of children. This very important team member provides direct support and interventions to students, teachers and families within the school community. They apply expertise in mental health, learning and behaviour to help children succeed academically, socially, behaviourally and emotionally. School psychologists partner with families, teachers, school administrators and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments that strengthen connections between home, school and the community.

Our school has a psychologist allocated for one day a week, which currently is Tuesdays.

If you would like to make an appointment to meet with our Psychologist please contact either our Learning Support Coordinator or the School Administration Office on 08 6458 7700 or email Mosmanpark.ps@education.wa.edu.au
