Parents and Citizens' Association (P&C)

The Parents & Citizens' Association (P&C) is an organisation of the school community open to parents, guardians, School staff and community members. The P&C promotes the interests of the School by:

  • bringing about closer cooperation between the parents or carers of the students attending the School, the staff, students and community
  • assisting in providing facilities and amenities for the School
  • fostering community interest in education and School issues.

It is the P&C's goal that these activities will support the School staff, lead to the improvement of the facilities and enhance the quality of learning that our children receive.

The P&C is active in the following areas:

  • fundraising
  • building and grounds – improvement and maintenance
  • assisting with sporting activities, crafts and library
  • classroom support when required
  • Book Club
  • Canteen
  • Uniform Shop

Can You Help?

As the P&C is directly involved in enriching school life, your support is both needed and very much welcomed. We are always looking for new members and volunteers to help out. Volunteering is also a great way to network and make new friends if you are new to the School community as well as to simply become more involved in the day-to-day life of Mosman Park Primary School.

Getting Involved

P&C meetings are held regularly and notice of each meeting is sent home in the School newsletter. Please come along to find out what is happening and meet other parents and staff.
