Creative Writing Competition winners

Inspired by the Book Week theme of "Curious Creatures, Wild Minds" students from Pre-primary through to Year 6 participated in a creative writing competition. The results were incredibly creative and it was a difficult task narrowing down winners from each year group.

The top 10 pieces of work from each year have been published in an anthology in the school library, while the top three winners from each year have had their work published on the Grove Library website. First prize winners received a book voucher from Paper Bird book store in Fremantle.

Thanks to our judging panel which included Deputy Principal, Pamela Chatfield, parent, Alison Davis, and Grove Library Youth Librarian, Stewart Farley. Also thanks to the P & C for funding the prizes.
