Origami workshops with Sanny Ang

We had the pleasure of welcoming Sanny Ang to the school to run origami workshops with some of the Year 5 and 6 students. Sanny is a volunteer with 50 years of origami experience. Sanny demonstrated how to fold his own design, the famous "Zoomerang" in just 51 seconds and then gave some of these away to enthusiastic students.

Sanny peppered his origami explanations with puns, fun facts and stories which kept everyone thoroughly engaged for the 90-minute session. It was an honour to learn from Sanny and also to watch his amazing paper skills.
